Offering expertise in both rural and in-town properties, I truly enjoy sharing Steamboat Spring's western lifestyle and resort living experience with my clients. "The Yampa Valley offers an abundance of recreation and beauty together with an active and spirited community."
Since moving to Steamboat in 1995, I have been active in the real estate community. I have especially enjoyed my involvement with the sensitive development of rural properties. My participation in one such project, Creek Ranch Land Preservation Subdivision, included the development, marketing, and sales of this notable land project. I am quite versed in the issues involving rural land development for both private and multi-use purposes - the importance of which cannot be underestimated. I feel strongly that "a commitment to the preservation and enhancement of open spaces and riparian and wildlife habitats along with the continuation of our ranching heritage is extremely vital to our Valley."
Graduating from the University of Denver with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Business led me to a career as a Sales Manager for the Fairmont Hotel Corporation. With this experience in sales and marketing, the transition to real estate was a natural. " Providing professional service, knowledge, and communication is a must in this industry and a requirement in order to fulfill the goals of my clients."
Having been raised on a cattle ranch and being an avid outdoor enthusiast, the move to Steamboat Springs with my family was like coming home again. When time allows, you will find me either trying to keep up with my three boys on the ski hill, hiking, or spending time with my horses in the backcountry. "I look forward to the opportunity to assist you with your real estate needs here in our wonderful Yampa Valley."
